The requirement for a signage player is dependent on whether your screen is Consumer Screen or Professional (Professional suggested)
Do I need a specific type of display screen?
If you don’t have a SOC (System on Chip) screen, you will need to introduce a Digital Signage Player in order to display your signage
Do I need an internet connection?
Yes, an internet connection is required to syncronise and upload your content.
Can I control my signage from a remote location?
Yes, you can control your digital signage from anywhere in the world, to any location, as it is a cloud based platform.
Can I play HD video adverts on my digital signage?
Yes, simply upload as you would any static images.
Can I add audio to my digital signage?
Yes, the Space Digital Signage powered by Waapiti allows for audio clips to be included as and when required.
What is the maximum number of display screens I can use?
The amount of displays screens depends on which Waapiti licence you purchase (Essential or Pro licence)
Can I create my own display adverts?
Yes, the Waapiti platform allows you to build and control your own content.
Are there templates that I can use to create my display adverts?
Yes, the Waapiti platform offers standard templates, yet there are more advanced and customisable templates available on advanced licences.
Can I display other information on my display screens ?
Yes, you can display additional info such as regional weather and time as the platform is customizable. However additional cost would be incurred to your license.
Do I need a technician to install my digital signage?
Yes, a certified technician would be required to assist with your SOC or Player initial setup.
Is there technical support offered if I have any problems?
Yes, our team are available via email on the Essential licence (24hr response time) or you can make use of the call centre under the Pro licence
